Games fixed in advance stay put

RA-01Catalogue name: Pre-assigned rounds are respected

What it means

Games that are fixed to a round before the solve starts stay in that round.

Marquee occasions and venue deals arrive as fixed rounds; the program builds the rest of the season around them.

Anzac Day is fixed to Round 6, so the program cannot move it to Round 7 to make something else fit.

Must-follow The fixture must obey this rule. A separate checker tests the finished fixture afterwards.
